02 / THE PROGRAMME

Eight programme stages
for your project.

Bring a specific question from your business. In a case clinic, the group listens, asks questions and reflects its observations, without giving advice at first. Then choose an approach and test it in practice. At the next meeting, discuss what you learnt. During practical tests, the group also challenges your assumptions with critical questions.

Test ideas with teams and potential customers in other countries. We plan joint workshops, practical trials and discussions with European specialists. Some of this work takes place online.

Fund joint projects.

European collaboration also helps teams prepare joint funding applications. We look for suitable partners and assess additional funding from Digital Europe, Horizon Europe and other EU initiatives. Eligibility depends on the project, the company's location and the funding call.

08 / GOOD TO KNOW

Any questions?

What does it cost?

The full price of the programme is CHF 2,900. EU co-funding through EDIH.li covers CHF 1,700, so your participation fee is CHF 1,200 per person plus VAT, payable once or in four instalments of CHF 300. Your registration is binding; the programme lead reviews each one, and admission comes with a confirmation and the invoice. The full programme includes seven group workshops and personal mentoring in module 04. Individual group workshops cost CHF 175 per session (full price CHF 400) and can be booked individually on the event pages at mmind.ai. We agree additional support and application help separately. Enquiries are free, and so is a rejection.

How much time will I need?

The programme lasts four months. It includes seven group workshops and one personal mentoring session, each from 1 pm to 5 pm (kick-off on a Thursday, then Wednesdays). Allow three to five extra hours each week for your project.

Who can take part?

Entrepreneurs with a new business idea, a startup, a scaleup or an innovation project in an existing business. You need time for your own tests and must be open to having your assumptions challenged. We focus on Liechtenstein, the Rhine Valley, the Alpine region and Lake Constance. International participants are welcome. The programme lead checks with your registration whether the programme fits and whether you are eligible.

Which international connections can I make?

Through the EDIH Network, we look for specialists, teams and businesses that suit your project. We agree joint workshops and practical trials with the participating hubs. We will confirm dates, guests and investor discussions in the programme. This does not guarantee funding.

When does the programme take place?

The first cohort runs from 18 February to 9 June 2027. Dates: 18 February, 3 March, 10 March, 14 April, 28 April, 12 May, 26 May and 9 June 2027, each from 1 pm to 5 pm. No session falls in the Liechtenstein school holidays.

What happens after the programme?

Plan the next 90 days. Agree a customer test, responsible people, suitable partners and a review date. Include funding for the next stage. We help you assess whether revenue, grants or investors fit, and which discussion or application to prepare next. We agree extra services and costs separately.
